COVID-19 Update – St Lucie County

This is an important message from St Lucie County Public Safety. The Florida Department of Health-St. Lucie will offer first dose vaccinations at the Fenn Center in Fort Pierce March 8-10 from 9am to 3pm vaccinating 2,100 daily. You must visit – http://stlucie.floridahealth.gov to register for an appointment through Eventbrite and receive a ticket for the event. After registering for the event, be sure to print your ticket or bring a screen shot on your phone with you to your assigned time. To be eligible for the vaccine, you must be a Florida resident and you must fall under the Governor’s Executive Order 21-47. If you do not have a ticket, you will be turned away. A completed Consent Form is required for EACH dose (1st and 2nd) of vaccine we administer. A copy of the form is available on our website to fill out, print, and bring it with you to the event. Completing it before arriving will shorten your wait time

The average number of new cases in St. Lucie County fell to 77 yesterday, a 7 percent decrease from the day before. Since January of last year, at least 1 in 15 people who live in St. Lucie County have been infected, and at least 1 in 597 have died.
